We are not a hotel. We are not an apartment.
We are a community that offers private space for personal time and shared amenities for regular connections.
WE ARE COMMUNE
Commune is a different type of living. We are values-based and looking for like-minded people who share these. By choosing to make Commune your home, your personal values should align with ours.
Rose Apple Square is community first. While our housemates have their own private quarters, over half the home is shared. Unlike a hotel or apartment, housemates at Commune get to know each other, and we hope they will develop close and even long-term relationships.
Whether a young adventurer or well-traveled, wisdom filled elder, there is a place for you here. We understand that others may not be like us, but we’re curious to get to know them and learn and hope that this is reciprocated.
In a shared space, be prepared to give and receive. The kitchen is shared, so expect conversations and friendships to form. Invitations to dinner might come your way, and don't be afraid to extend them too.
This word encompasses being considerate and having empathy for people around you. When living with up to 40 people, it is essential we consider how our behavior impacts those so close to us and we seek housemates who do as well.
At Commune, we are committed to providing a safe and inclusive community for all members. We believe in fostering an environment where everyone feels welcomed, valued, and respected.
We prioritize your safety with round-the-clock support. Our dedicated concierge caters to your needs, and we ensure security with CCTV monitoring and security personnel patrolling the complex 24/7.
Our community engagement involves hosting thrilling events and gatherings that foster closer connections among housemates. Get ready to enjoy the coolest activities in Siem Reap, expand your network, and make lasting connections.
Our housekeeper will regularly clean common areas such as the hallways, kitchen, lounge, and balconies. But remember that your private room is your individual responsibility. We respect your need for privacy, so we will only send in staff for room cleaning upon your request which comes with an additional fee.
Commune offers a productive and focused environment to fuel your career success. We provide everything you need to thrive, including ergonomic furniture, high-speed Wi-Fi, private nooks for quiet concentration, and collaborative areas for brainstorming sessions.
By joining our community, either for a short time or for months or a year, you are choosing to be part of a larger whole. While we don’t require our residents to socialize or join events, it is part of who we are, and we are looking for people who are intentional about co-creating a community.
Commune at Rose Apple Square is a new type of living for long-term travelers and Cambodia-based professionals. We are putting our own spin on co-living but with a few upgrades– private rooms, personal bathrooms, a world-class kitchen, community-organized events, and access to the city’s largest co-working space.
If you are looking for a space to meet other world-traveling professionals and curious about life, look no further.
