Really cannot say enough good things about this place. Units are all brand new. First class fit out, large screen flat TV, super comfortable bed, kitchen and best of all… your own washing machine! Complex is very well built, secure underground parking, 24-hour security and reception. Gym is world class (see sped up video attached), pool really nice and very safe for children.

Location great, close enough to walk to all the night life … or $1.00 Tuk-tuk. But quiet of a night. All that aside. the standout was how lovely the staff were. Everyone of them smiled with their eyes not just their mouth. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Congratulations to Velea management for putting together such an amazing team of people.

My time at Velea was fantastic! It felt like a cozy home with added hotel luxury. The place was peaceful and secure, ensuring a good night's sleep with quiet surroundings and 24/7 security. I loved the clean pool and gym, and having an on-site restaurant for easy meals was a big plus. Security measures like restricted elevator access made me feel safe. The rooms were super clean, and the bathrooms had a pleasant, fresh scent.

Velea's location near Pub Street and the Night Market made exploring the city easy. The in-house restaurant, Kaifun, has the best ice-cube coffee in town.

The staff at Velea were friendly and made me feel like part of the family. The community vibe was great, weekend events for both kids and adults added to the friendly atmosphere.

After living in Cambodia for almost a year now and living in Velea Rose Apple Square I can honestly say I would never stay anywhere else. Staff is warm, friendly and always ready to help! Location is excellent, can walk, or easy to catch tuk-tuk. Housekeeping great! Fantastic value - you get a great deal for your $. Amazing playground, for the kiddos, swings, slides, climbing ropes.

Just completed a week's stay at this brand-new apartment complex in Siem Reap and can recommend it to anyone staying a few days or more. We much preferit to staying in a hotel as they have studios and family apartments which include a small kitchenette and full-size fridge. It's incredibly clean and comfortable, and they offer a free very well-equipped gym and a lovely swimming pool. It's tucked away in a relatively quiet side street about 10 minutes' walk from Pub Street. Studios/King rooms are large enough for two people and very reasonably priced for what you get. The staff have been exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. I'm not affiliated with the apartments in anyway, but can honestly say, that this has been one of the best accommodations we have stayed in throughout SE Asia.

I really enjoyed my time here due to the wonderful service of The Velea Team. I’d like to thank Sokear, Chaleriya, Kosal, Chanak, Chhoorda, and Seymey for being so kind, helpful and friendly to me for my entire stay. Will miss you all.
