ULS and the Rose Apple Square team, with the support of Pointer Real Estate were excited to host a formal “Topping Out” ceremony on Thursday 20th January 2022. This milestone signifies the completion of the major structural works of the seven-story Rose Apple Square. Mr. Chhayleang Nguon of Pointer gave formal remarks in the future courtyard of the project and teams from ULS, Urban Cambo Builders, AE Consultants and Pointer gathered for photos.

Joining the event were members from several key partners:

• Mr. Kimleang KEAN, Managing Director of ULS
• Mr. Sothynavith LIM, the ULS Rose Apple Square Project Assistant
• Ms. Sona SENG and Mr. Sotharin SARAN with Advancing Engineering Consultants, who have overseen the engineering and MEP of the site as project management consultant
• Mr. Kimchhun CHIV, Mr. Ravy LONG, Mr. Chiv KIMLIZA from Urban Cambo Builders, Rose Apple Square’s lead contractor who have overseen the 500 construction workers at the site

Our entire team is excited as we begin moving on to all the internal works and finishing over the coming months. With the inclusion of Future Forum leading the co-working space, and the recent announcement of Kaifun’s first Siem Reap location at Rose Apple Square, 2022 is looking to be an exciting year.
