We are excited to have brought on Mr. Daniel Chavez as our Director of Projects at ULS. In addition to overseeing our project operations, Mr. Chavez will supervise the completion of the Rose Apple Square construction, working closely with Urban Cambo Builders (our lead contractor) and AE Consultants, our architectural engineering partner.

Daniel has worked in construction engineering and project management for 15 years, including projects in Indonesia, Cambodia, Nepal, and his home state of California in the United States. A US licensed civil engineer and LEED Accredited Professional, Mr. Chavez brings a wide range of expertise to ULS and the Rose Apple Square project. Although based in ULS’ Phnom Penh office, you may occasionally spot him on-site at Rose Apple Square or any of our other projects.
