TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION
- a. The Rose Apple Square Angkor Wat International Half Marathon Survey Giveaway begins on January 2, 2022, 06:00 AM (GMT+7) and ends on January 2, 2022 6:00 PM (GMT+7) (Promotion Period).
- b. The Sponsor of this Promotion is Rose Apple Square. By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Lucky Draw. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Lucky Draw. Sponsor may be reached by email at hello@roseappleaquare.com during the Promotion Period.
2. ELIGIBILITY
- a. The prize draw is open to all respondents aged 18 and above based in Cambodia during the time of promotion who complete the Rose Apple Square online survey hosted on https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/RASMarathon
- b. Rose Apple Square and Urban Living Solutions Staff and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, distributors, retailers, sales representatives, advertising, and promotion agencies and each of their respective officers, directors and employees are ineligible to enter the Lucky Draw or win a prize. Household Members and Immediate Family Members of such individuals are also not eligible to enter or win. "Household Members" shall mean those people who share the same residence at least three months a year. "Immediate Family Members" shall mean parents, step-parents, legal guardians, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings, or spouses.
3. ENTRY
- a. Entry to the Lucky Draw is by completing the Rose Apple Square online survey. By completing the survey entrants confirm that they have the permission of the organisation they are working for to enter the prize draw.
- b. A working email address and phone number are required to be considered a valid entry.
- c. Only one entry is allowed per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE
- a. One winner will be selected to receive one red Apple Watch Series 6.
- b. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
5. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
- a. Submission of completed surveys closes at 11:00 AM on January 2, 2022, with a winner drawn by Rose Apple Square using a computer randomizer program.
- b. The Lucky draw will take place at Rose Apple Square's sales office in Siem reap, at 12:00 PM on January 2, 2022. The winner will be notified by email and phone on January 2, 2022 12:30 PM to the email address and phone number they specified when they completed the survey. If the winner does not claim the prize within 2 hours of being notified, then they will forfeit the prize and a re- draw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email and SMS notifying that they are the winner.
- c. The winner may claim the prize on January 2, 2022 at The Rose Apple Square sales office in Siem Reap, located at 17252 Oknha Oum-Chhay St, Krong Siem Reap. Otherwise, the winner shall agree on a date and place to claim the prize, not later than January 9, 2022.
- d. The name of the winner will be published on Rose Apple Square's official Facebook page on January 2, 2022.
- e. In order to successfully claim the prize, the winner must show passport or ID and original race bib to the Rose Apple Square team upon collection of the prize.
6. DISPUTES & SPONSOR RESPONSIBILITY
- a. The Sponsor of the Lucky Draw takes no responsibility for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
- b. In the event of any dispute, Rose Apple Square’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
