We are excited to welcome our first food & beverage resident to Rose Apple Square, Kaifun! Started in Phnom Penh in 2016 by a Malaysian missing the food courts of her region with a husband in love with Spanish food, Kaifun worked to bring these two food cultures together in a family-friendly setting.
Kaifun (which means “let’s eat” in Mandarin) has been pleasing expats and local families in its mixed indoor and outdoor setting, featuring small, tapas-inspired plates from Asia and Europe. The expansion in Rose Apple Square, KAIFUN Café + Eatery, will recreate this unique atmosphere over the 246 SQM of combined indoor and outdoor space. Owner Patricia Tan, an interior designer herself, will be working on the decor and ambiance to make the restaurant a cozy hangout where Rose Apple residents can unwind and meet their friends for after-work beers and snacks. KAIFUN Café + Eatery at Rose Apple Square will also feature more breakfast and coffee options, making it an ideal place for digital nomads, employees, and entrepreneurs in need of a chill alternative work space.
Kaifun Siem Reap is currently in the design phase and looks forward to welcoming its first guests in late 2022.
