We are excited to welcome our first food & beverage resident to Rose Apple Square, Kaifun! Started in Phnom Penh in 2016 by a Malaysian missing the food courts of her region with a husband in love with Spanish food, Kaifun worked to bring these two food cultures together in a family-friendly setting.

Rose Apple Square, ULS' mixed-use project in Siem Reap, is in the middle of construction, challenged but undeterred by the city's infrastructure work. We are glad to share that we have already completed the concrete slab, columns, and core wall at the ground floor level.Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations have also started at the basement levels.
